Sorry I haven't written anything for awhile. But I have been trying to get my sewing room organized and all my UFO'S together. I have done a pretty good start with all the other things life hands you to do.
My first goal is to finish the ovarian cancer quilt. It wont be to much longer. But I am going to also post this throw quilt into the arena for Kim's Big Quilting Adventure challenge.
I am not sure whats wrong with me but I sure can get alot of things started but I am having trouble finishing things. That is why I am so grateful for these ladies who are willing to help give us girls a little shove.
So head on over and check her out. She has give aways and also links to others who are giving away things. As well as alot of beautiful projects alot of talent ladies are finishing.
Until next time. Carol
HI!
ReplyDeleteI do so know what you mean... starting and not quite getting to the finish line in a timely manner. Maybe we are sprinters and not Long distance crafters' at this time! hahaha
Did you notice my "quilt" is just the top! Lucky for me the t-shirt fabric lends itself to that style! hehe
Now YOUR quilt is a true beauty!!! Well worth every moment of love you have put into it!
Hugs,
Mary
Hi there. Just want to thank you for your encouraging comments and I appreciate those, especially I know you take that precious time of yours to come by and visit me.
ReplyDeleteThat's okay if you haven't blogged lately. Sometimes, there are just too many things going on at the same time but the God of order will help us sort out those things. God bless.
Carol,
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful quilt! I am sure you will get it finished in time. I sometimes start too many things and then have trouble finishing it all up. Take care, and I enjoyed my visit with you. Vicki
